Hugh Moran started Mars Hill Cycling Camp in 2012 while the head cycling coach at Mars Hill University, a position he held for 7 years, leading the team to 6 national championships and the #1 DII national ranking for 3 years. Starting cycling as a junior and National Team Member, Hugh raced professionally on the road for several years and continues to race road, gravel, and mountain bike events.

Reid Beloni co-directs Mars Hill Cycling Camp and is a Senior Coach at CTS. After a successful collegiate cycling career, Reid continues to race at the elite level in road and cyclocross, is a National Champion in Endurance Mountain Biking, and a feared gravel racer. He's competed in marquee events like Cape Epic, Dirty Kanza 200, Haute Route, and Leadville 100.

Josh Whitmore is an Expert Coach at CTS where he is the company's most qualified mountain bike skills instructor. A National Champion in Endurance Mountain Biking, Josh has competed in the Pisgah Mountain Bike Stage Race, Leadville 100, and Dirty Kanza 200.

Johnny Mitchell is the head cycling coach at Lindsey Wilson College. Prior to that he was an assistant coach and member of the team when Milligan University won two collegiate national championships. A category 1 road racer for ten years, he's twice placed inside the top 10 at USAC Elite Road Nationals. Also a winner of the best cookie ride/fondo ever: The Assault on Mt. Mitchell. Not to mention "pretty decent" on a mountain bike too!

Sierra Sims grew up riding bikes with her family and started racing in college. She races mountain bike, enduro, road, cyclocross, and gravel events. She has raced at Collegiate Mountain Bike Nationals twice as an omnium racer (placing 3rd and 2nd in club women) and at Cyclocross, Marathon MTB, and MTB Nationals. So far this year she competed in Unbound 200 and Road Nationals in her hometown. Sierra has also been a Little Bellas mentor for the past 3 years and is the president of UTK's Bicycle Club.

Jennah Dunham oversees Marketing & Communications initiatives at Asheville School, but in her spare time she's supporting riders to unlock their potential from assistant coaching at Warren Wilson College, supporting Pisgah Rage, and bringing the next Little Bellas Program to the Asheville-area. A road rider who used to dabble in stage races now finds solace spending absurd hours on knobbier tires.

Nina "Machina"Machnowski loves to constantly challenge herself on the bike, whether it be at the Pisgah Stage Race, where she placed 5th overall in the open women's field, or at the 130-mile Belgian Waffle Ride Asheville. She's always down for a long day in the saddle! Nina also currently races for the Brevard College Cycling Team, and is pursuing a double major in Exercise Science and Health Science.

Jack Bound is a professional mountain bike racer and coach. He's raced multiple UCI downhill mountain bike races. He works as a bike mechanic and coach at Kanuga Bike Park.
